Landscape Perspective prepared detailed proposals to upgrade part of the public waterfront within the 44 acre flagship development Royal Clarence Yard, Gosport. RSY, the former victualling yard of the Royal Navy is the largest and most exciting regeneration project in Gosport, positioned on Gosport Marina and overlooking Portsmouth Harbour.
The design included a comprehensive set of proposals including new paving, tree planting, street furniture, lighting and an extensive area of raised timber deck affording views across the Marina. The works were completed in 2007. Subsequently, they have produced detailed designs for a number of other phases of the development, assisting in gaining planning permission and producing construction information, for Brewhouse Square, Slaughterhouse Square and Blocks C, F and G.
