A low key, sustainable development of 100 waterside lodges at Great Moor Lakes, a private water ski club within the Cotswold Water Park, at South Cerney, Gloucestershire. Landscape Perspective was commissioned to prepare an environmental assessment and a landscape masterplan in support of a planning application which was granted permission in June 2008.

A key objective was to minimise the environmental impact of the development and to explore opportunities for enhancing the biodiversity of the site as a whole, and specifically that of the water’s edge. LP worked closely with Mador and Partners and ecologists Cresswell Associates.
