Summer Row is a £300m development extending to 8 acres of shopping, leisure and entertainment, and a key element in the regeneration of the region. Landscape Perspective is working with Dutch concept architects and Hampshire based architects Lyons Sleeman Hoare to develop innovative proposals for a series of new high quality public spaces. These will include a new public square, pedestrian priority urban spaces, and live street frontages bringing vitality and security to the city centre. External works budget £3.5m. Completion expected in 2010.
