Landscape Perspective have worked on numerous Octopus Healthcare projects. Octopus Healthcare, part of the Octopus Group is a leading UK healthcare property investor, developer and manager of healthcare properties. The Octopus Healthcare team invests in and develops healthcare property, as well as partnering with healthcare operators and entrepreneurs to grow and support their business.

Landscape Perspective were initially engaged by MedicX Fund (now part of Octopus Healthcare) in 2006 to act as their landscape consultant for a number of primary care healthcare projects across the country.

Landscape Perspective provided information to support planning applications, working alongside architects Simpson Hilder, producing detailed planting plans, management plans, landscape strategy documents and contributed to the design and access statements.
