Landscape Perspective were instructed by Area Sq. Limited in January 2019 to develop a fully detailed landscape package for the refurbishment of Earley East, the first of two buildings collectively known as the Earleys, which together form two commercial properties located within Thames Valley Park, Reading.
The scheme included refurbishing the extensive parkland landscape, undertaking woodland management and restocking with a more appropriate mix of species, introducing new footpath links throughout to enhance the outdoor amenity space for office workers, integrating a bespoke standalone coffee shop into a woodland and wetland setting, and to provide a more contemporary entrance visitor drop off and parking court with corten steel raised planters and integrated seating and amenity lighting.
Landscape Perspective provided planning and working drawing packages and liaised with the landscape contractor to ensure the scheme was delivered on time.
The project is due for completion summer 2020.
